Preparation

• Power-Wash to Remove Dirt and Cobwebs, Etc.

• Protect Brick, Concrete, and Landscaping as Needed and Possible

• Scrape and Remove Loose and Peeling Paint

• Lightly Sand Rough Spots on Wood Trim

• Prime Bare Spots with Primer

• Tighten Loose Boards as Needed

• Re-Set Loose Nails

• Caulk Gaps and Cracks and Holes as Needed

• Apply finish paint

• Clean Up Job Site and Haul Away All Trash
